TU Delftᅠwas founded in 1842 as the Royal Academy by King Willem II. It has been known as the Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) since 1986. The University currently has nearly 17,000 students.

The University is the largest University of Technology in the Netherlands. The University also enjoys a good international reputation. TU Delft has an excellent record in research into technological innovations. Of its sixteen Bachelors programmes, only two are currently taught through English. including its high-tech, internationally oriented BSc in Aerospace Engineering programme.

Accommodation


The TU Delft International Office can arrange housing for international students. After being admitted, you will receive information on how to arrange accommodation through the University. Accommodation is not guaranteed, however. There is some on-campus housing, but generally students live off campus.

Rents range from € 450 to € 550 per month
