This programme is tailored to highly-talented applicants with a strong motivation to study in an international and multicultural environment. The programme approaches management as a universal subject and, as such, attracts students interested in a wide range of fields including economics, psychology, sociology, political science, and mathematics

Programme content


The curriculum covers general business administration and managerial knowledge including human resources, marketing, finance, business informatics, and operations management. It approaches international management from various angles. including business theory as well as offering our students opportunities to identify and prepare for day-to-day management practice. The programme also emphasises interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships and their effect on management.

The programme regards management as a social system, in other words, as a system of cul-tural interrelationships. A strong methodological focus provides our students with powerful tools for solving complex management problems. The values-based educational concept with individual mentoring sharpens students’ critical thinking capacities and enables them to systematically assess the many activities with which a manager works.
