Smartphones, cars and digital cameras - most people know how to use these things. But there are many tasks to be accomplished before you have the product in your hand. It requires an engineer who can connect mechanics, electronics and software - namely, a mechatronic engineer.
Through project work you will gain various skills in the field of product development, which in addition to technical design also comprises marketing and production. This combination prepares you to work in technical product development and later on to be team leader in a research and development department.

Entry Requirements
Three A-Levels and three GCSEs. Subjects to include Physics and Chemistry.
