Programme profile

NHTV offers two international programmes in the field of logistics. In the economic programme is more emphasis on Marketing and Sales Management. In the transport programme, it is on more ICT-related subjects, like Intelligent Transport Systems.

In the first and second year, you complete projects, courses, training courses and coaching sessions. In the third year you carry out two work placements, both for three months at for example a transport company or advisory agency. In the second trimester of that year you deepen your theoretical knowledge. In the fourth year you take a number of specialist classes and work on your graduation assignment for an international company in the netherlands or abroad, where the business language is English.

In the first two academic years you can earn credits by completing a course or practical component which you can choose yourself. Consider, for example, participating in an international study trip. At the moment, study trips to Dubai, Cape Town and Arizona are available. Other destinations are Berlin, Scotland, Barcelona and Ireland.
