Programme profile

This programme will provide you with the advanced knowledge and competencies you need to be successful in the business world. Hospitality education at EHL allows you to learn from the inside about the highly complex and specialised world of hospitality. At the same time, you develop the creative, artistic and people skills which are essential for a hospitality career.

All academic study is interwoven with industry experience, both in operational jobs on campus and during in-company internships. EHL is a モhospitality universityヤ. The curriculum has been developed according to the unique mixture of art and science which is EHL"s trademark philosophy in the field of hotel education. You will combine business and strategy courses with hospitality training: hands-on practical work, projects and special events designed to develop your creative skills and your ability to innovate. Your hospitality courses build on the professional experience you will gain at school and in your internships.

The programme is structured so that students move from a solid grounding in hospitality service, through general management courses, to advanced courses in hospitality management strategy and increased opportunities for specialisation. In their final year, students bring together and consolidate everything they have learned as part of a major Student Business Project. Two internships form an integral part of the programme, one in operations and one offering hotel management training
