The Dentistry programme at UPJS is run over five academic years. Each academic year is divided into two semesters with a substantial winter and summer break. This programme is taught exclusively in English, and leads to a Doctor of Dentistry degree.

Progression

This programme is recognised by the General Dental Council and Irish Dental Council for registration to practise as a dentist in the UK and Ireland.

Entry Requirements

3 A-levels (grades between A and E) + 3 GCSE (grades between A and C) inc Maths

Biology & Chemistry not required but needed for Entrance Examination

Six subjects at Leaving Certificate including at least two 2 at H4. Subjects to include Maths
