Arcada is a state-recognised university of applied sciences in Helsinki. It was established in 1996. Arcada is maintained by the Stiftelsen Arcada Foundation.
Arcada has a student enrolment of about 2900 students studying on its 16 degree programmes, three of which are in English. It offers education within Sports, Health Care, Social Services, Business Administration, Media and Technology.
