Bern University of Applied Sciences [BUAS] was founded in 1997, It now has 6300 students following 28 undergraduate and 19 postgraduate programmes.
The six BUAS departments are: Engineering and Information Technology; Architecture, Wood & Civil Engineering; Business & Administration, Health, Social Work; Bern University of the Arts; Swiss College of Agriculture; Swiss Federal Institute of Sports
