Queen Mary University of London (Gozo Medical School)

One of the leading medical schools in the UK, Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry brings together two venerable teaching institutions: St Bartholomew’s Hospital, which dates back to 1123, and The London Hospital Medical College, which was the first purpose-built medical school in England and Wales, founded in 1785

Students are taught in Malta by staff from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry (Queen Mary University of London’s medical faculty) and local clinicians trained by the School. You’ll gain the Barts and The London medicine undergraduate experience while living in the Mediterranean. It’s a great place to study medicine abroad.

The Gozo faculty comprises a four-storey 8,100 square metre building located by the Gozo General Hospital, includes a 140 seat auditorium, two small lecture theatres that can combine into a 120 seat facility, two computer labs (each with capacity for 70 students), and teaching rooms and clinical skills rooms.
