Hotelschool The Hague, established since 1929, specialises in hospitality management. Its 2000 plus students [nearly 25% of whcih are international students] are based either just outside the Hague, in Scheveningen [which hosts one of best known beaches in the Netherlands].or in its new purpose-built facility in Amsterdam.
Over the years the school has become one of the leading Hotel Schools in the world, and is recognised as such by the hospitality and tourism sector. The World Tourism Organisation has placed Hotelschool The Hague on its list of the "best hospitality training centres of the world". A survry by Taylor Nelson Sofres, of hospitality recruiting managers, places Hague Hotelschool firmly in the top five Hotel Schools in the world, alongside Cornell University.
